Programming

Translating client and stakeholder facility goals into physical space requirements

Every building needs a foundation, and so does every project. During the programming process, we listen intently to input from our clients and project stakeholders to make sure we have a complete understanding of facility needs and goals. We utilize diagramming, narratives and modeling as tools for consensus building and synthesize the information gathered into a comprehensive programming document that outlines all project requirements, goals and our client’s unique qualities/assets. This document serves as a foundation for decision making throughout the design process.
