Office Manager

Diana Pacheco came to SFS “fresh out of school” in 1996 – and stayed. As Office Manager, Diana maintains office policies, records and procedures; oversees administrative staff; serves as a liaison with clients and partners; and generally “puts her best foot forward” to allow SFS to do the same. She attributes her longevity to the firm’s atmosphere and people, though patience may also have played a role in the days before all the office computers had Internet access. Her ongoing contributions to SFS’s smooth operation are summed up best in her professional approach: “Always try your best. If you fail, there’s usually a way to fix it.”
