People

Chad Bard

Chad is an experienced architect whose work has focused on historic preservation and sustainable design, among other project types. He believes that preserving the past is a great way to inform the future. He dabbles in photography, sketching, cooking, mountain biking and home improvements and is always striving to set a good example for his kiddos. He is a transplant from Ohio and a proud graduate of “The” Ohio State University. He relocated to Kansas City to discover the “real” Midwest, and to be a little bit closer to his wife’s family.
