5-9 years experience. Responsibilities include leading projects from design through construction administration.
3-5 years experience. Responsibilities include developing graphic presentations and renderings, and involvement in projects from concept through construction.
3-4 years experience. Responsibilities Include programming, space planning, interior design, selection of finishes, detailing, specification and procurement of furniture, workplace strategist a plus.
SFS Architecture has a need for three BIM technicians with architectural experience to develop a comprehensive as-built Revit building model from laser scanned data. The effort includes converting point cloud data through EdgeWise (3rd party software) and building a level 300 Revit as-built model for an existing building from the scanned data. Frequent collaboration and coordination with consulting engineers will be required. Candidates must have 2-5 years experience and demonstrate proficiency in REVIT and preferably have familiarity with Autodesk Recap and Collaboration along with Bluebeam. Knowledge of architectural systems including exterior and interior components, systems and assemblies is preferred. Familiarity with CoBIE and IFC model conversion is a plus.
