SFS has been using Building Informational Modeling (BIM) since 2007 to deliver a better product for our client. BIM is both a tool and a process to our team, beginning in the early planning stages and continuing through facility management. BIM models communicate visually to the people who need to understand the structure, creating a deeper understanding of the design to the client, leading to a building that is truer to the client’s vision.
