Provide space planning/programming and design services for a new 80,000 SF headquarters office and laboratories for a contract research organization.

The design team worked closely with XenoTech representatives to define personnel and support space needs for each department, including rooms, labs and work space requirements in order to develop a design.

When completed, the 80,000 SF facilities will provide initial projected space requirements and functional needs through 2014, with a second projection through 2019, to support the firm’s continued growth and ongoing specialization in drug and metabolism-related research.
