Create a signature office facility that meets MPR’s long-term space needs and provides a warm, inviting environment that expresses the organization’s values of physical wellness, education and sustainability.

Our design team worked collaboratively with MPR representatives to identify key design priorities and parameters to develop a space that addressed their top priorities: contemporary, sustainable design; durable, warm materials; separation of office/support, and training and wellness areas.

The completed headquarters provides warm, welcoming spaces with a practical yet elegant aesthetic that support both the collaborative and separation needs of staff and clients. The floor plan was divided into three distinctive elements, opening up all spaces of the building to natural light and exterior views. A large outdoor courtyard serves as an amenity and gathering space. In addition to open and private office spaces, the facility provides a wellness center, tiered training room and conference spaces.
