Melody’s diverse experience throughout the industry spans all aspects of design and construction. As a staff architect, Melody provides SFS project managers documentation and graphics support, and has been responsible for documentation on numerous LEED projects. Her commitment to sustainability extends beyond work; Melody’s ever-expanding garden at home provides fresh produce throughout the summer – “about as local as it gets,” she says. Melody loves the adventure of tubing through rapids on the Yellowstone River when possible; in Kansas City, she finds adventure on the job by “getting involved in every part of the process – you just need to take the initiative if you’re interested in something.”
