Marsha Hoffman
Principal
“I love the collaborative nature of architecture to achieve greater results,” says SFS Principal-in-Charge Marsha Hoffman. Throughout her 28 years in the architecture industry, Marsha has combined her enthusiasm for consensus building and problem solving as a team leader on complex, high-profile projects. A self-professed critic who notices “everything” when entering a building, she brings this discerning eye to project management, ensuring that each design succeeds functionally, aesthetically and financially. Marsha is passionate about architectural sustainability in her capacity as a LEED accredited professional; growing up in and around the beautiful Kansas Flint Hills began her lifelong appreciation for preserving natural environments. A longtime area resident, she has been recognized for her contributions to the design community by Women in Design, Kansas City.
